Great location near Times Square, but very noisy room caused sleepless nights.

Everything fine, but air conditioning issues

We really loved the spacious double room and spent some time unwinding in the hot tub and the cozy lounge area after exploring the city. The only hiccup was that our room could've used a bit more cleanliness during our stay, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 😊

Clean room with comfortable beds and friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. The location near Times Square is perfect for exploring the area. However, the bathroom wasn't thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, and there was hair on the floor. Additionally, the room size felt cramped for a longer stay, though that's typical for this city.

Superb location near Times Square. The elevators are tiny and slow. The staff is quick to help with issues. Perfect for a short trip.

In my wife’s opinion, a pool would be great for families with children.

Perfect location with friendly service

I had a wonderful stay in New York, just a minute away from Times Square—what a fantastic location! The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were super helpful throughout my visit. I truly enjoyed the complimentary morning coffee, which was a nice touch to kick off each day. However, I found the bathroom a bit cramped, which made it a tad uncomfortable during my stay.

Great spot near Times Square!

Stayed for 2 nights and loved being so close to Times Square. The staff was super friendly, especially the guy who helped us with our bags. The bar/lounge was chill for a drink after a long day. Just wish the shower didn't have brown water—yikes!

Location is amazing, just steps from Times Square. My room was surprisingly cozy and super clean. It had air conditioning, a coffee machine, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. The shower had strong water pressure. Plus, there's a fitness center to work out in!

The location of Aura Hotel Times Square Newly Renovated is unbeatable, just steps away from the vibrant Times Square. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, providing a comfortable space for work. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met, including efficient check-in and room service.
